Description

  • Collect, process, catalog, and document threat information using a Multi-Source approach and various technical and human means 
  • Develop actionable information in the form of technical indicators, reports, lists, rules, signatures, or indicators and warnings 
  • Critically analyze threat intelligence for actionable insights
  • Perform advanced analysis on indicators of compromise (IOCs) to detect prior compromise or potential risks
  • Work with research team and external partners for developing anomaly detections related to customer needs.
  • Research about new anomalies, and the associated Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)
  • Develop meaningful intelligence assessments, free of any bias
  • Work effectively with all cross-functional teams that operate across numerous geographies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other similar domains 
  • 3+ years in intelligence or cybersecurity with demonstrable accomplishments in analysis, changing or new TTP discovery, and/or threat research
  • Experience with Python and other scripting languages
  • Proficiency operating on Unix/Linux systems
  • Pivoting off data points to find additional information and other intelligence processes/cycles (PFM, F3EAD, etc.)
  • Commitment to self-study, and maintaining proficiency in the technical cybersecurity
  • An individual who can manage projects and ensure task deadlines are met

Automation Developer

Description

  • Assist with process development and process improvement for Security Operations to include creation/modification of SOPs, Playbooks, and Work instructions
  • Organization of requirements into user stories that are Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small and Testable
  • Integrate SOAR platform with other security tools and APIs to execute automated workflows
  • Author, test, and maintain automation scripts/workflows within SOAR platform
  • Design, implement, and maintain efficient and reusable Python code
  • Review, debug, and resolve technical issues throughout all stages of SDLC
  • Coordinate with System Administrators, Engineers, and ISSOs to provision service accounts and/or grant required permissions
  • Measure effectiveness of process improvement and automation efforts via metrics and KPIs

Qualifications

  • Experience with SOAR platforms
  • Experience with intelligence requirements mapping, security process analysis, security process improvement concepts, models, and best practices required
  • Proficient in Python scripting
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTML/CSS, Javascript, XML
  • Experience as a SOC Analyst and/or Intelligence Analyst
  • Experience authoring SOC SOPs, playbooks, work instructions and/or other process documents

Junior Data Scientist

Description

  • Development and execution of new and/or highly complex algorithms and statistical predictive models and determines analytical approaches and modelling techniques to evaluate potential future outcomes
  • Work with Data Science Team members to create and implement impactful solutions to client business problems
  • Write SQL Queries (50% of the role)
  • Python Code/modeling (25%)
  • Establish analytical rigor and statistical methods to analyze large amounts of data, using advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses. Methods will be implemented using advanced technologies
  • Effectively collaborates with teams to: understand business partner and client needs, share and syndicate output of analytical models, and provide support during implementation, where needed
  • Interacts with internal and external peers and management to share highly complex information/solutions related to areas of expertise and/or to gain acceptance of new or enhanced technology/ businesssolutions

Qualifications

  • MS degree in quantitative studies, such as Statistics, Math, Operation Research, Economics, Advanced Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering
  • 2 – 3 years professional experience in Advanced Data Science, such as predictive modelling, statistical analysis, machine learning, text mining, geo-spatial analytics, time series forecasting, optimization
  • Experience with one or more Advanced Data Science software languages (Python, SQL)
  • Predictive modelling experience, data analytics, machine learning, and big data technologies such as Python, R, and Hadoop
  • Experience using Hive, Unix
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical ideas and results to non-technical clients in written and verbal form
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
